2,6 mln. GTA4 sold on PS3 during first week of release. I believe, 1,4 mln. more will be sold this week.
So what the point of comparison now? =))

PS3 GTA IV looks absolutely fantastic, and even factoring in zero anti-aliasing support and a lower resolution, in many scenarios it looks as good as the 360 version, if not better.

I made this thread because i am tired of people saying this or that version is the best without even seeing a proper comparison

 I remember in the run up to the gtaiv release... it only needed ign to say that the ps3 version was slightly better and then i was hearing people raving about how superior the ps3 version was. That was tiring.

 I no yh i am just so glad that we all have a good quality comparison  so people can hurry up and make there minds up so they dont have to keep on listening to the review sites and base there opinion on that

If anything, the PS3 version could use some anti-aliasing. I happen to be able to give it a rent and I spent a couple of hours today playing it. If anything, it's a damn dark game and I've had to turn up the brightness and contrast just to be able to see things that I ought to be able to see (superwhite and full RGB is on)

 You can turn the gama up in the game. I did that so I can see at night.

 Oh, I thought you were meaning setting on the PS3 in general, and not in the game settings. Sorry about that.

Wow, I called it. they talk about how awesome the PS3 version looks in one breath and then give the 360 the slight edge for no other reason than "it could be better if they took the (likely imaginary) post filter off"

Much like Fox news Eurogamer has diarrhea of the mouth, as in nothing but shit comes out of it.

EDIT: Further more the guy acts like he has a fucking PHD in source code reading, and or has access to the PS3 source code of the game as he keeps metioning the source code, or "as the code suggests" or "What I thought the code should do". WTF? People actually able to read and understand source code make 6 figures working for programing companies not write graphics comparrisons for less than 40K a year on an internet based website. 

Wow. I didnt know the PS3 version dipped below 25 PFS. That must get annoying.
