MGS4 won't have that hype like GTA IV. It has a smaller audience and it's story is bound to confuse some reviewers, causing the score to drop.

 I'm pretty sure there were a couple posters that have been to these events, if i remember correctly they were posting about it after the events.  I know Shams has posted before about being involved in making games, i know he makes flash games and atleast one GBA game.  And i'm pretty sure he said something about being involved with Stuntman, not sure which one though.

Now I wonder what will MS do to match MGS4 week. Look how smart Ninty is. MKWii 2 days before GTAIV and lots of Wii Supplies.

 There have been a couple of people who played it. Finished.. that's a different story.

MGS 4 would deserve a 9.5 or maybe a 10. GTA IV did not deserve perfect 10's across the board. GTA IV i rate as a 9.2.

I don't think there is any doubt it will get mid 9's to 10's...

I am pretty bleak on reviewers right now... I think there have been a lot of good games so far this generation, but, I also don't think many deserve the attention they have received and the scores by reviewers. The generation is still fairly young and I think there will be quite a few games that will blow the doors of what has shipped so far. 10's are being handed out way too easily in the last 8 months.

Since a lot of review places use a 5 star system it will get plenty of "10s." also, go to a book store and buy (preferably) or look at Playstation: The Official Magazine (formerly PSM, Playstation Magazine) one of the writers for them went to Japan and played the entire game and was only able to talk about the first mission but was raving about it. He is a good writer because I didn't care about the game really until I read his comments on it and now I want it. >.

i dont really know what is deserves considering i havent played it
but the metal gear online was total crap

I wish. After GTAIV, I don't see why not, but it probably won't happen.

I hope it doesn't get a ten. I am so tired about hearing how good OoT is.
