The problem with asking someone have you had x problem with y thing is that the people that have had the negative thing always have more of a reason to answer than those that have had the positive thing.
If you're happy with something then you don't always feel so strongly to stop playing the game or even bother answering. If you're angry that you're not playing your game you have the time to bitch and you feel a little more strongly about the condition of your game that you will want to find these types of polls.
That means these kind of tests are *always* skewed.
