That is Jessica Chobot! She does the IGN video mailbag and yes she's extremely hot! Although she looks similar to the lollipop girl I'm sure there are girls that are more alike. Lollipop girl's jaw is a lot slimmer.

The PS3 SE box looks so 1337. I didn't get that though because I wasn't even sure I wanted the game. With all these crazy scores, maybe I'll get my first GTA. I live in NYC, so that might be cool to see. And Chobot is Smmokinnn!, to quote the Mask.
