Since i live in an area without a gamestore (AKA known as a shit hole) I get my friends to run in and pick me up games or me and my family go in occasionally go to a place were we can go shopping! BUT i heard rumors that since there is a high demand for GTA4 you can only purchase one copy at a time is this true?

Nah...not true unless you live in 1941 Nazi Germany. You are allowed to buy 2 coppies if you want... :)
