GoNintendo.com just claimed that BB will have DS rentals nationwide-

"Blockbuster to include DS game rentals nation-wide

Just caught this little blurb from a press release in my email…

BLOCKBUSTER also plans on increasing the variety of game titles available to rent, and will be introducing Nintendo DS game rentals at BLOCKBUSTER locations nation-wide. You will also be able to purchase Nintendo DS games, hardware and accessories later this year."

This is the best gaming news I've seen all year!

I haven't rented a game in ages, but if I do, I will go to Rogers Video, they have like 3 shells full of every console.

Blockbuster's game section is owned by gamestop.

Yep Yep, I work at blockbuster. Don't know about others but at ours we have people running 2 sections each. I run games and the Foreign section. My manager talked corporate into getting us a special Ps3 section or something like that which i will have to take care of, with news of this, it looks like i will probably get my whole own mini store :P I know some BB have Game Rush, If we do get one I already know my manager will push me over to that.
