Forums - Gaming - GTA4 dlc screenshots or videos?

I see many people claiming to know a lot about how long the 360 dlc will be. Now, I see lots of screenshots from just about every game in development from day one. One simple question, where is any evidence of dlc actually being developed up till now? I've seen screens of GTA4 appear for ages and not a single one of the dlc at a time where it would be great to have some for promotion.

I thought you had absolutely no interest in the DLC?
Why the sudden change?

the dlc (or at least the exclusive episodic content the 360 receives) won't be rdy for month to go, so ofcourse there are no screenshots of it (hell we don't even know exactly what it will be)

Because I do notice everyone claiming they know all about the dlc and I see no no actual evidence. All these stories, it's going to be 10 hours long, it's going to have new cities, characters and all that. If there really was that much to it , I'd expect them to at least have some teaser screenshots officially distributed or "leaked "on the net since MS has a lot riding on it.

All I see is "info" of sites that are far from independent. Most, if not all of the stories even seem to originate from sites with Xbox or 360 in their domain name.

If dlc actually was worth promoting it would affect sales and that makes me interested. I do however think that the dlc isn't really all that it is being made up to be. However, if you have actual gameplay, trailers or even a single screenshot to convince me otherwise?

I haven't seen anyone claiming to know what it is.  I've seen a lot of rumours, and a Microsoft PR rep saying,
think big, like SA and VC big."

You wonder where the evidence is for the DLC?

I think confirmation from both Rockstar and Microsoft is enough.

No, I want evidence of the ridiculous claims being made on the net. Dlc is a fact, it´s quality or quantity however may be extremely overrated.

Even if there were DLC screenshots, they'd be indistinguishable from GTAIV's screenshots, so what's the point?

It's pretty obvious what you're trying to imply with this thread. Even though I don't usually say this, this thread fails.

Here's an interview that should clear it up.

"I think the mission packs with the episodes are going to be pretty deep, offering another full-on adventure in this world," he told Edge. "I think we will be in a position to market them not a million miles away from the way the boxed game is marketed."

Assuming people like the game then Houser's sense is that they'll probably like the episodes too, he says.

"And if they like the episodes it will probably make sense to market them aggressively, and we want people to be there on that first day as much as is realistic. Our goal will be to fry those Xbox Live servers - we want to have as many people tune in at that moment as possible."

Don't worry though, the marketing budget isn't going to spawn from your Microsoft Points: "You'll get a lot of content for your money," says Houser. "There are too many stories at the moment of people having the feeling that they're not getting enough for their money in terms of downloadable content.

"I never want people feeling that we've duped them in any way, shape or form. That's something that we've been into from the beginning."

I think the points in bold clear up your questions.

Are you serious... Do you honestly believe that screens from the DLC actually excisting wouldn´t make a difference from a pr point. Every gaming website, magazine and tvshow would dive on top of it.

The only obvious thing here is that you are trying to distort the direction of this thread. Your response fails.

Edit, something that says, I think, I think in the first sentences doesn´t convince me. Actual Screens or videos would. Show those instead of "I think" interviews. I requested those, not some more, this might be true interviews with zero actual evidence.
