Fatal Racing aka Whiplash, the major game mode being 1½ hour series of 8 races.
Whenever I dig out Master System, playing through Rampage and tournaments of Slap shot and Super Kick Off are among top things.
On PS2, Robot Warlords is fun little strategy game, with supposedly infinite random mode (which actually crashes and destroys your whole save once you play it too far - but that's just an excuse to replay the short story mode). Also, can always do a quick round of Tekken 5.
And I annually play my old favorite Wing Commander 1. I did back in the day play Dragon Strike number of times, but haven't been back to that for long time (same as the Dragonlance books, I guess).
Overall I rarely play even relatively short games (5-15 hours) again - until decade or two later. For short fun, it's either under 2 hour games or a quick match of strategy or sports.
