They have one already. It doesn't include D&D (because of licensing) or Final Fight 2 and 3, but it does include a lot of other games. Sadly, also due to licensing, it doesn't have AvP.

The fact that Final Fight 2 and Final Fight 3 didn't get put in the beat em up collection is a massive crime

As mentioned in the OP, definitely Rival Schools and Tatsunoko vs Capcom (really fun but doesn't deserve to be stuck on the Wii)

Kind of out of the park but with the announcement of new Onimusha game I would love it if they brought back Onimusha Blade Warriors. (PS2 brawl game). I loved playing that back then.
