Still have hopes that this will deliver.

I also hope it will deliver, but I am doubtful.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... Too Human looks so damn amazing. I can't wait for that game, I've been following its progress since the GC days.

The only part of it I can think that MAY be under developed is combat. But I doubt it.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

The thing that worries me about this game is the fact that it's development started on the PS1. It was then delayed multiple times and turned into a GC title, and was then delayed many times again and turned into a 360 title. Since then, it has been delayed a few more times and Silicon Knights filed suit against Epic for issues over UE3.0.

Talk about the worst development cycle.

I agree with what you said, but I view the delay as a good thing (the most recent May to August delay).  If this game bombs, Microsoft will have pumped millions of dollars into a black hole, something they do not want to do.

I can't see them providing more and more money (not to mention media attention, they always list the game in their run-off of 'AAA' titles for the year) to something they didn't think was at least a good game, if not a great game.

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

I am woefully disappointed in the fact that nobody has mentioned up until this point what actually makes Too Human stand out. What specifically the game is doing that no other games are doing. This game isn't level based instead they are adopting a class based skill tree system. That alone should have gamers very interested. The majority of RPG games on the market are level based rather then skill based.

Most developers lack the confidence or even the ambition to use skill trees. Further more they are very difficult systems to balance. A developer has to take into account dozens or even hundreds of possible combinations. That almost requires an artists eye. One unbalanced skill or class can totally devastate a otherwise enjoyable experience.

Yes it is very ambitious, but if they can manage to pull it off. My god this could be an incredibly addictive game. Could be the deepest role playing game of this entire generation bar none. Unless you understand what a skill based system is you basically have no clue as to exactly how rewarding a experience it really is. Especially since this game can be played online with friends.
