Yep, but then I get motion sickness from the vast majority of FPS. Good lighting, shortened stints of playing and Dramamine all help, or you could simply avoid the games that afflict you.

Halo 2 had a narrow FOV. I can't remember the number but it was narrow like COD4. Maybe the same.
Bioshock had a FOV of 75 degrees. Halo 1/3 had a FOV of 90 degrees.
When I play on my 100" projector screen, if I am tired it can make me sick. But, other then that, I have a 50" plasma and it never makes me sick...
Then, again, Forza 2, PGR 3, PGR4, GT5 Prologue, and DiRT can make me sick on the big screen as well.
