We've had 3 polls, 1 showing no change, 2 others showing a change so small it's irrelevant.

So far, I overreacted massively on the impact the shooting would have, lets see how other polls go.

Just feels like Americans already don't give a shit, Lol. This election really feels like we're just not going to know until right at the end, Democrats despise Trump and Republicans despise Biden and Independents hate them both but who do they hate more, those dudes aren't making their stance known until much closer to the election.

Nothing seems to be drastically changing these polls.

Still think Harris may have a higher ceiling than Biden/Gather more voter enthusiasm.

I also think Americans are just that desensitised to shootings now, it's just another American shooting.

Biden stays on the course to piss off voters

He can't stop lying

Biden says he has done ‘more for the Palestinian community than anybody’

US President Joe Biden said that he has been “very supportive of the Palestinians” and has done “more for the Palestinian community than anybody”, in an interview in which he also labelled himself a “Zionist”.

“I’m the guy that opened up all the assets [defunded UNWRA], I’m the guy that made sure that I got the Egyptians to open the border to let goods through [let Israel destroy the Rafah crossing], [like] medicine and food,” he told journalist Speedy Morman on YouTube talk show, 360 With Speedy.

When asked about his support for Israel, including the supply of weapons and military aid, Biden said he has “denied them offensive weapons”. [One small shipment of 2,000 pound bombs, which Israel still had in stock and used in the recent Al-Mawasi massacre]

“I made it real clear, [Israel] cannot use weapons that we provide them, to use in civilian areas,” he said. [At many massacres parts from US bombs have been identified]

Biden’s claimed support for Palestinians was quickly rebuked online.

“You’d think someone who had 38,000 Palestinian killed under his tenure would have a bit more humility,” one commentator wrote on social media in a repost of Biden’s interview.

US protest movement rebukes Biden for saying he helps Palestinians

The Uncommitted National Movement, a grassroots collective that has urged US Democrats to vote “uncommitted” in US state primaries, has criticised Biden for claiming he is an ally of Palestinians.

“Biden claiming he’s done the most for Palestinians is like an arsonist taking credit for tossing a splash of water on the fire he’s still fueling,” the group said in a post on X.

Awful elections, better vote for the arsonist or worse might come in power.

There's been a few presidential candidates that have gotten an attempted assassination, and it generally hasn't helped them in the election.

To me it feels like there's been a shift online. I feel like a lot of people were a little bit in disbelief with the shooting over the weekend; and it feels like people are back on "he's still a fascist" on Monday.

Hmhm.

And there wasn't a mass shooting in the news on a monthly basis back then either I imagine.

Honestly even during the weekend all I was seeing was fucking memes about it, Lol.

The video shows Kennedy being filmed while Trump is on speaker phone. It begins with Trump attempting to show that he agrees with RFK's various vaccine conspiracies:

"When you feed a baby a vaccination that is like 38 different vaccines and it looks like its meant for a horse, not a 10 pound or 20 pound baby ... Then you see the baby starting to change radically, I've seen it too many times. Then you hear that it doesn't have an impact, right? You and I talked about that a long time ago."

Then Trump shifts gears on his attempt to get RFK to endorse him:

"Anyway, I would love for you to serve. I think it would be so good for you and so big for you. And we're gonna win, we're way ahead of the guy."

Then Trump disclosed what he claims Biden said when he called him after the shooting:

"He was very nice actually, he called me. And he said, 'why did you choose to move to the right?' Because I was looking straight on. I said, I was showing a chart - I didn't have to tell him the chart was on all the people pouring into our country. But I just turned by head to show the chart, and it sounded like a giant - like the world's largest mosquito. And it was, it was a bullet. What do they call that, an AR-15 or something? That's a big gun."

Kennedy then posted this apology on Twitter this morning for the private phone call getting leaked by his people.

I think RFK Jr is one of the dumbest MFs in America RN.

So Trump was offering a Democrat a position in his cabinet? Now that is good news.

RFK Jr is NOT a Democrat, Lol.

Trump's desperation to get him onboard suggest to me that he's taking more voters from Trump than Biden.

He is running as an independent now I get it. But he previously went for the Democratic ticket.

I'm used to a multi party system in my country where cabinets always get members of different parties. I see that as a positive. If Trump takes aboard a Democrat or Biden would take aboard a Republican, I see that as a good thing.
