I went into this with my fingers crossed, hoping I'd finally get a good modern Sonic game after Lost World, Boom, and Forces left me disappointed. Welp...

I saw the final boss is a knockoff of Ikaruga and not a great knockoff either. I kinda want to just play that alone and skip the rest of the game.

The boss fights overall are some of the jankiest moments in the game, I know what they were going for with the David vs Goliath thing, but they really, REALLY needed to polish those fights more (and they possibly are, but I won't know until the DLC comes out and I check it out).
