I have only played Gears 1. I'm sure I have the 2nd one physical but didn't complete it, just started it. And I think 3 or 4, or possibly both came up on the Games with Gold and I downloaded it or them, but haven't touched them either.

I am wanting to do a full play through them all.

My Gears Tactics (Physical) is also untouched, yikes.

Not going to lie, I kinda wrote off the old Gears as cringe dudebro games, but I played Gears 5 and it was awesome, then going through the old Trilogy with Spade I gained a new appreciation for the franchise. The franchise is solid af, It definitely ranks in a lot higher with me now.

There needs to be a Gears Collection edition with all the bells and whistles.

I'm surprised we haven't seen one yet. A Marcus Fenix Collection that includes Gears 1-5 remastered. 

I loved the original trilogy, but I remember hearing how awful Judgement was, and then middling things about Gears 4, so I haven’t checked out any mainline titles besides Gears Tactics. Which was awesome but is a self contained story. 

4 was pretty average, but I really enjoyed 5. 

It is the only game I watch for the year, because my Dad and brothers don't miss a game.  I burned out on sports years ago.  I even skip the Superbowl. But yeah, give me some of that Turkey, sides, deserts, and time spent with family...Heaven.  

I'll probably root for the Giants just to be picky.  I've got to drive a short distance to pick up some family members and then a 120 mile trip to deliver us to my parents.  Then the 120 miles back at night.  So no adult beverages, and I'll end up doing a large portion of the cooking and cleaning, but hey, it's worth it.  Then my reward, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. 4 day weekend from what is normally a 60 hour work week.
