Yeah the biggest thing they need to nail going forward is open and consistent communication. Xbox has been all over the place this gen with their messaging that players haven't had any idea of what to expect.
A tunnel-focused vision with open and clear communication to the public takes precedence going forward and so far, they're tightening that aspect.
