"Even more special? One of my all-time favorite games, Hollow Knight… its highly anticipated sequel, Silksong, will be available day one with both the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X."
It's kinda funny that they're marketing Silksong as a launch title for this device lol
This one is truly special. ✨

As someone who’s spent a big part of my career pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in gaming, seeing the ROG Xbox Ally come to life hits home on a whole new level.
It’s an incredible fusion of performance ⚡, portability 🎒, and player-first… pic.twitter.com/JLDdkmra2s

Just imagine if Halo CE Remake really was revealed at the HCS, Lol.
I don't think it's actually that crazy, I think it would actually be a real nice show of gratitude to Halo's most hardcore fans, and it's Halo so, it won't go unnoticed! Is it that much different from revealing stuff at Quakecon? Or Minecon? Or Blizzcon? This is Halo's biggest event and it's where they announced their name change, the switch to Unreal Engine and showed in-engine images, it's where Pierre finally showed up and introduced himself and seems like Pierre is taking a more "fan focused" approach to his communication.
And it's "only" a remake, it's not going to be expected to be this massive hit. I think it would be a really nice move by Halo Studios and Halo fans would appreciate it. It's quite late too (October 24-26) so maybe it wasn't ready for June showcase...Maybe it could be ready for October? Lol. Alright, I can't hype myself up to believe, I need to stop, Lol.
I don't think it's happening. But G2 will have to go to the event "just in case" Lmao.

Would you take Rebs Gaming seriously at that point? He has already declared that there will be a major announcement at HCS this year
Wait, why am I the one going? I ain't finna go all the way to Seattle just to see something I can see on YouTube

My 2nd conspiracy theory is that Phil confirmed Halo CE Remake is real by saying it's the return of a "classic"
Saying a new entry to Halo is a return of a classic makes no sense, Halo Infinite was only 4 years ago, it still receives support to this day, 4-5 years between AAA entries isn't unusual at all, in fact it is common, there's no "return" to Halo when the expectation for any AAA sequel nowadays is 3-4 years per entry anyway! So it can't be a Halo Infinite sequel, or spinoff.
It's a "return of a classic" precisely because it is Halo CE.
Thank You Phillip for confirming Halo CE Remake. 🙏

I suppose I would give him a little more credibility, Lol.
But I would like him to be more specific because "something big" at HCS is vague still
Gregg Miller at the hands on demo for Xbox handheld said that Roanne Sones (Head of Xbox Devices, Hardware Engineering, Development Team, CVP of Gaming Devices) said to him that "We are still very much leaning into our next generation plans. This isn't your only thing. This is an 'and'."
It really seems odd now that Xbox announced THPS 3+4 and Gears Reloaded out of nowhere. I figured it would be because there would be bigger announcements to take those slots during the Showcase, but they both still had their own trailers lol. Both would've been great surprises at the Showcase if Xbox had been silent about them.
Surprise! THPS 3+4 is REAL and is releasing.....in 1 month! Another Surprise! Gears of War has been remastered.....again lol and is releasing.....in 2 months!
Lol oh well

"The Windows operating system has been calibrated in a way that means I don't need to mess around to get to my games, either."
This is so cool, I just listened to the Inside ROG Xbox Ally video.
Inside: ROG Xbox Ally - Behind The Scenes Feature
"You don't have to kick out to a bunch of different launchers, you go to one shared library and they're all there for you"
So that basically means Steam games are directly integrated into the single UI and I don't have to keep switching launchers. All my library in one place and no need to load up different stores. If something like that is available on the Series X/S successor then that would be amazing. They can cut out all the Windows garbage and just have native app stores for Steam/EGS as downloadable apps but once you purchase from them, the games will appear in the main Xbox UI/Store Library for you to boot up with ease.

This mock-up that leaked a few weeks ago was basically legit then.
Ahhhh, I'm becoming more tempted to buy one!!!

Not surprising. Given how much they drastically increased the cost of their consoles, they're clearly focusing on getting their ecosystem ready for the next-gen.
