For OG Oblivion I went with Wood Elf, for Skyrim I went with Wood Elf then swapped to Nord, for The Elder Scrolls Online I went with Redguard, I might go with Redguard for Oblivion or Breton.

Lowest settings with fsr3 on balanced you can apparently get 60fps on the steam deck. If I aim for 40fps should be able to get a pretty nice portable experience. Seems to scale well.
