I haven’t seen a single post suggesting that lol

Will I need to shut off my Xbox internet to play Doom Teh Dark Ages? I don't have a Battle.net account, nor do I want one. For Doom Eternal, I had to turn off my PS4 Wi-Fi, launch the game, and then turn Wi-Fi back on.

Battle.net accounts are only for Blizzard games like Overwatch and Diablo on console. On PC, Battle.net is a launcher like Steam, which is what Doom The Dark Ages is surprisingly being sold on alongside Steam and the Xbox app/Microsoft Store. 

Yeah that was annoying that Eternal was pushed to enforce having a Bethesda account. From what I see so far, Dark Ages won’t require it. Which would make sense considering there’s no multiplayer component at all. 

I've checked in with some of my own sources who corroborate the above information too, although I've been unable to get enough independent sources to confidently put a report of my own out there — but Jeff Grubb and NateTheHate don't miss. Coupled with the FTC documents, previous leaks from former supposed employees, and other rumors, it's fair to assume there's enough smoke to fuel the flame of this one.

Oblivion Remaster images leaked from Virtuous Website (LOL).

It's labelled as "Oblivion Trailer" and was seemingly uploaded today. Bonus image.

So I will say first that I really like the look of the top image comparison, I like the environment and the update for the Spriggan.

But I'm sad about the bottom image comparison, it's not even that it looks bad, it does look like a substantial upgrade but it doesn't look like Oblivion? Oblivion was bright, colourful, and sure it was full with bloom and oversaturation but...that was part of the charm of its art, Lmao. I loved being blinded by light and greenery, I liked it...This new art-style doesn't match those vibes...

Really hope it's just a time of day difference because it looks kind of...boring

I don't believe those images are intentionally that dark, Lol. I think it's just all people could pull from the source and the darkness comes from the image upload itself, not in-game, it clearly has an intentionally darkened border but it's enough to make out large upgrades.

Someone on Era brightened the images (So not an accurate representation of what the colours will look like) but gives you an idea of the upgrades to the things like the environment, structures, etc.

Apart from the colour tone change, it looks fantastic, a much larger upgrade than I expected, the night sky looks stunning.

If I can disable the brown filter then It'll be 10/10, Lmao.
