Time for someone to make the "Two reasons I'm not bothered about PS5 and Switch 2 pricing" thread.
OP: Gamepass and everything is an Xbox.
I don't have gamepass, so it wouldn't be appropriate for me.

What I really wanna do is post this lol

And I'm starting to do quite a bit of scrolling now through Battle.net because of it lol.
They need to port the rest of the games for franchises that are now on the storefront such as Doom (2016)/Eternal, THPS 1+2, The Outer Worlds, Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy. Looks random AF seeing these other standalone games that are sequels from previous games lol.
I guess Avowed is fine being solo, but hopefully both Pillars games make it to Battle.net as well.

Long gone are the days when the battle.net launcher was literally just 3 games lol

And even longer gone(?) are the days when battle.net was just what the in-game multiplayer aspect of each Blizzard game was called
although it is funny that we used to use the same service across different games, yet still had different friends lists in each game.

They need to revamp the UI too, Lol.
Also I just checked Battle.Net and Sea of Thieves got its own slot alongside other major franchises instead of being shoved into "More" I don't know if that's normal for a new game and it will eventually be bumped off or just showing how big Sea of Thieves is, Lol.

Looks like Battle.net will become a haven for Xbox first-party titles.

That's cool but them saying it is curated leads me to believe like I said before that not everything will be ported over (for now) and they will instead focus on a specific criteria for porting titles to Battle.net and thus far that seems to be...
It makes me think that stuff like South of Midnight, Towerborne, OD, etc, won't be ported, nor any previous backlog of AA titles or more niche titles like Psychonauts 2, Wasteland Series, etc.
Very likely Forza Horizon 5 is ported over and maybe Flight Simulator.
Kind of wish they would just port everything over though, Lol.

Grubb: "I guess people have heard maybe there's an Xbox event happening on the 23rd, I just haven't seen that anywhere so Idk."
???????
Last edited by Ryuu96 - on 14 April 2025Not really sure if Grubb is saying he knows about an Xbox event, or it's what people are saying on the internet, I'm a bit confused.
But he DOES say that Oblivion Remaster will shadow drop sometime on the week of the 21st.
