How is that weird? Bungie is a staple in the videogame industry with a long history with Xbox since the very beginning and he says he was invited to see Marathon, Lol.

They were kind enough to invite him to play the game, the least he can do is tweet about it when the embargo lifts, Lol.

Also he has barely been active on Twitter for a while now, he is a lot more active on BlueSky.

He did not tweet about South of Midnight a First party game, He did not tweet about Avowed aswell but he did about Marathon....

Your ability to create an issue out of thin air is remarkable and should be studied by scientists. He has multiple reposts/retweets all around South of Midnight and Avowed articles, reviews, trailers, etc. But sure it's weird that he posted about Marathon after being invited to play it, Lol. Must mean he doesn't care about Avowed or South of Midnight. Fucking disgusting. This dude likes Sony more than his own studios!

Also it's well known Phil is a massive fan of Destiny, Lol.

Phil hasn't yet tweeted about how awesome it is so it is indeed doom.

All I'll say about Marathon is I wish Bungie luck (aside from their leadership), I don't want to see anything bad happen to them, I haven't bothered with Destiny 2 and have zero interest in Marathon but it's just one of those things where Bungie has been a huge part of my gaming life all through it and responsible for one of my favourite IPs so I want to see them continue to thrive even if I have no interest in their upcoming games.

Though I'm not sure whose smart idea it was to launch the same date as Borderlands 4.

Ever since it was patched, I put so much time into Turbo Overkill. You want to talk about speed? Brother, you will know the definition of Warp Speed playing this excellent FPS.

Insulting or saying lol doesn't really add much to the discussion. It is a fact that it would mean much for the gamedevs that he would make a tweet about the release of their games, it is not about tweeting about Marathon but rather that he has not made a tweet for a long time, and when he does it is about a game that isn't from their own studios. It is also a fact that a lot of the comments in that agree with me, it is also a fact that Phil knows what does and that they choose to not have another xbox fanfest because they don't want to face the community.
