AOE2 DE coming to ps5.
But that title though Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition - Standard Edition. That really sums up modern gaming doesn't it. Gotta get that early access tax.

Ooooof. PS players getting shafted for sure on this lol. For $40, you only get the base game. On PC, it's $35 for the base game and 3 expansions.
Even the Premium Edition at $60 only comes with half the available expansions.
EDIT: At least they're throwing in one of the available expansions if you pre-order lol
You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind

There's so many Age titles but I think this one was already announced for Spring.
Thank GOD it isn't releasing in April
Toys for Bob is known to be collaborating with Xbox on their first game since going indie, with many hints suggesting it could almost certainly going to be a new entry in the Spyro the Dragon canon — although it could be something else entirely. To that end, Yan said that they "can't spill the beans just yet," but emphasized that the game's development is going well.
"I will say that we're very much in the thick of development. The team is very thrilled about how the experience is shaping up. This game is big and ambitious and pushes our craft to new heights." The team clarified that it will share more when "the time is right."
Tantalizingly for fans of a certain bear and bird, Paul Yan said the team would be eager to tackle a franchise long dormant, long missed by many Xbox and Nintendo fans alike. When CGE asked which studio Toys for Bob would love to work more with, Yan offered a scenario we certainly hope Xbox is listening to.
"One company we'd like to work with is one we're already working with — Team Xbox! They've been a great partner and they also have a very interesting roster of characters that Toys for Bob could have a lot of fun with. The honey bear is the first one that comes to mind — I think we can all agree Banjo's been hibernating long enough, right?"

- They're 100% remote now.
- Their mission is to create family friendly, cartoony games with whimsical worlds that bring out the inner child in any gamer.
- They work together with Xbox and Activision on this new project.
- All of Paul's answers in his mail were purple.
They're still working with Activision, so it's obviously an Activision IP and replying only in purple makes it pretty fucking blatant it's Spyro 4, Lol. Looking forward to it. Hopefully they do work on Banjo next but with that Rare feel still, Rare would have to be involved or at least Gregg Mayles. Seems they're happy with the Xbox partnership if they're saying the publisher they'd most like to work with is Xbox whilst already working with them, Lol. So in the end everything seems to have worked out for the best, Xbox may end up with back to back releases from them.
excuse the blurriness but is that patrick star supposedly on game pass? future announcement?
