Looks like Ninja Gaiden 2 Black is actually exclusive! Not sure if that means they're publishing it, but I'm not sure how that would not be the case lol.

Yeah, I'm still not sure if they're publishing it but it's still day one on Game Pass either way, it'd be funny if the one they aren't publishing is exclusive but the one they are publishing is multiplatform, haha. I suppose we'll wait for the Xbox Store to list it and see what that says the publisher is, but if Xbox is publishing TWO Ninja Gaiden things then that's interesting, would seem like a very close partnership.

that was a really good Xbox Developer Direct 👍 all the games looked great and a solid amount of release dates. Lots more to come for Xbox in 2025, too

NEVERMIND! It just got posted on PSN lol. Guess it was left out on the Xbox Wire post

Ninja Gaiden Black is still technically an Xbox exclusive, so calling it Ninja Gaiden Black II seems like an intentional indicator for exclusivity and a reminder of their origins on Xbox. Nice to brought back to the times Xbox did cool shit.

Whichever of these games are multiplatform, just the fact that Xbox could make them happen is already a big win.
