Warren seems confident in his sources who told him Xbox plans to close the ABK acquisition tomorrow.

I mean, the CMA could approve it tomorrow but then could Microsoft close it within literally hours?

They still don't even have official approval from the EU to not do another look at the deal.

The assumption is that EU is waiting for the CMA to issue a decision.

They aren't closing without CMA's approval, so that needs to come probably tomorrow morning (UK time).

...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.
