“When people wanted to make it a movie, they wanted to tell the story of Fallout 3 or tell the story of Fallout 4,” Howard said. “For this, it was ‘Let’s do something that exists in the world of Fallout.’ It’s not retelling a game’s story. It’s basically an area of the map and like, Let’s tell a story here that fits in the world we built and doesn’t break any of the rules. It can reference things in the games, but isn’t a retelling of the games. It exists in the same world, but it’s its own unique thing, so it adds to it.”

Feels good man! One of the quests that's tied to an achievement is bugged, so I had to go through halfway of a 3rd playthrough to get it 2 100% completed Obsidian games in one day cool

I'll put a spoiler tag for the bugged achievement, The Cornish Patient, for those that are playing the game, so you don't have to go through what I went through lol. Major story spoiler! Be Warned! But it is at the start of Act 2.

Spoiler!

In Act 2 after Otto is killed and your investigation begins, go straight to where the monks are trapped in the library to talk to Aedoc to see that he's sick. Go upstairs to Florian who will then suggest seeing Gertrude. When you talk to her, DO NOT mention the flower you found in the forest of the figure who ran past you. It will lock the quest to get the flower for Aedoc. You'll see the flower needed for Aedoc by the waterfall, but you will not be able to interact with it, and your journal entry will never update. You'll only be able to interact the flower that's needed for the investigation if you bring up both flowers at the same time to Gertrude.

Even when you bring the flower to Gertrude, still DO NOT mention the flower tied to the murder until AFTER you've given Aedoc the medicine. You'll end up writing in your journal that she needs to prepare the medicine, but you'll never get the update that it's ready and you won't be able to interact with Gertrude for the remainder of the Act. This was my mistake and is why I needed to start a 3rd playthrough.

Oh I found a "bug" ? with the site. When quoting a Spoiler it is automatically opened.

Anyway. I know the game is good, but it is not the type of game I usually would enjoy. But you think I would enjoy it?

Oh no! that's definitely something that should be looked into, otherwise why bother having a spoiler tag? lol

I definitely recommend the game, but only if you have Game Pass. It's an acquired taste and especially since you're coming from the much more action-packed Vampire Survivors, you'll probably find it very boring tbh. The story and characters are amazing though and is worth experiencing, but it wouldn't be surprising if it just isn't your cup of tea. But that's what Game Pass is for!

I guess because it is the editor, which is why it was automatically visible. I do have Game Pass and am trying to get to 50% completion rate with my achievements and 200K Gamerscore by the end of 2023.

Should take advantage of @ice Grounded cheese before it gets patched then! Easy 2400G and Pentiment is another easy 1000G since it’s literally just making specific decisions and abusing the quit/continue to make a different decision for another achievement.

About that. Already did that lol. I've gotten nearly 10K Gamerscore this month by doing that and playing several easy games on Game Pass.
