#Microsoft #Activision - still waiting on the companies to say anything. It's possible they won't want to break cover re. closing while the CMA thing is percolating, for diplomatic reasons.

FTC has no comment.

FTC achieved nothing.

No concessions, no contracts, nothing for the consumers or the market.

All they achieved was wasting taxpayer money and two very public embarrassment losses.

Didn't even talk to Microsoft about concessions when they had the opportunity, they point blank refused to talk to Microsoft.

Don't let anyone say FTC helped push Microsoft to make these contracts, it was all the EC.

CMA looking like they won't make that same mistake and at least try to get something out of this.
