What Microsoft's lawyer is achieving here is that Lee's "analysis" is being exposed as amounting to nothing more than his opinion. He uses the word "opinion" in many of his replies.

A mere opinion, however, is not going to be a basis for blocking a merger.

"Degraded content" (i.e. CoD performing worse on PS than Xbox) was not analyzed as part of Lee's share model.
