Xbox was being backed into a corner that left no alternative other than to proceed with their current acquisition spree. Had they not acted when they did, their demise would have been soon in coming.

Also the last question from FTC's lawyer was perhaps the worst I've heard through the entire thing so far, Lol.

It*s important that you consider here that "bench read" (trying to figure out where judges stand) is tricky and error-prone. During the first 1.5 days, I got the impression Judge Corley's own questions do NOT AT ALL bode well for the FTC. They're usually good for the deal
