That doesn't mean she isn't listening. She is, and in fact, every time the FTC points to another document from the record, she searches for the paper copy. But some of this is so pointless and boring that she granted a pro hac vice motion (attorney admission) in parallel.

When is the FTC lawyer done asking questions? This is taking forever.
Inactive. Bye!
This has been going on for far longer than was stated, Lol.
Guess FTC is desperately trying to get their gotcha point but Phil ain't taking the bait.
Xbox was being backed into a corner that left no alternative other than to proceed with their current acquisition spree. Had they not acted when they did, their demise would have been soon in coming.
...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.
Also the last question from FTC's lawyer was perhaps the worst I've heard through the entire thing so far, Lol.
Complete conspiracy theory nonsense scenario.

During the first 1.5 days, I got the impression Judge Corley's own questions do NOT AT ALL bode well for the FTC. They're usually good for the deal

Phil Spencer, asked by Microsoft's own attorney, explains again that losing CoD on its largest console platform would not be economically viable. Says Microsoft partners with PS incredibly well outside of this deal (meaning outside the merger review stuff).
