Do you believe he is really serious about getting Greenland, Canada, Mexico, etc. Or is he moreso trying to mess with Putin?

He is serious about Greenland, hence why he is threatening Denmark to hand it over to them. His Canada and Mexico comments look more like jokes. The reason he is so interested in Greenland is because it is rich in resources, not just oil but rare earth metals, in the not too distant future, as a result of climate change, Greenland is going to be very, very, lucrative to the one who holds it.
It is NOT for national security reasons, as USA already has military bases on Greenland. He wants Greenland purely for $ and he wants to strip it of all its resources. Putin is irrelevant here. Russia is zero threat to America. America is acting nothing more than a bully trying to force other countries to do what it says, and it only gets away with it due to its size.
I do not find it funny that he is threatening Denmark, a country which lost lives to help USA after 9/11 and one of Ukraine's strongest supporters, to force them to hand over territory, those in this thread especially should know better. I do not believe he will use military force, I don't care, threatening tariffs to force someone to give you something is already fucked up enough.
Now Greenland may vote for independence in the future, but they also don't want to be under America and have made that clear, Scotland likewise has a large independence movement, but independence means independence, it doesn't mean sold to someone else and until that happens, it is under Denmark, like Scotland is under UK.
All of this shit only helps Russia, Europe is not only having to worry about Russia but now whatever insane shit America is trying to do, our attention is now split, tariffs may yet come to Europe from America and the 2nd strongest supporter of Ukraine now has to worry about America. How on Earth is this madness a negative to Putin? Your country is literally going after Ukraine's 2nd strongest supporter and likely to slam our economies too, both of these things will weaken Ukraine support from Europe.
Treating everything as a joke is the reason he gets away with everything.

🇺🇸 The US Senate has confirmed South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem as Secretary of Homeland Security, per The Hill. Noem has opposed aid to Ukraine, calling it a "strategic mistake" in 2023, and has also spoken against sanctions on Russia.

I think that a more balanced reaction would be to just tell him to shut up instead of either worrying or dismissing these comments.
I'm sorry Ryuu, but you disappoint me. Elon doing his stupid salute means nothing. Neither good nor bad. It's just him being stupid.
At the end of the day: Is Trump pro Ukraine or pro Russia?....In your opinion....I look forward to your response.
