Kyiv exists because of USA military support? Read between the obvious lines he is saying that USA could resolve the crisis by pulling support and letting Russia slaughter Ukraine and overthrow Kyiv. Without USA support, Kyiv wouldn't exist, is exactly what he is implying here.
