What happened to that huge satellite and intelligence deal that the American dept of defense had with SpaceX? And putin will probably leave office within a few years if he isn't deposed soon. Whatever Musk is getting from Russia might dry up soon. I think he should consider helping the good side out instead.Â

Putin is not just going to leave office, the only way he leaves if if he’s deposed or if he dies. For dictators like him, you don’t just leave office. You’re too used to the trappings of power and if you did you do what dictators never do willingly - make themselves vulnerable. The successor in that scenario would feel they’re never truly in charge so have to find a way to ‘deal’ with him.
