They are just going to have all of the usual problems that foreign troops tend to have:
-difficult to translate things so that everything is coordinated
-necessity of having officers lead their own people
-the NK soldiers are only fighting someone else's war, not even their own. They could give a rat's ass. So what happens is that they don't try nearly as hard to kill the enemy because it simply doesn't matter, they'll just follow orders only as much as they have to.
If the russian troops are C or B grade, then the NK are F or D grade...... they may be so bad that the whole endeavor of having them help may be more trouble than it's worth. Everything i've read about it says that they ran when the shit got hot.
