I didn't have a clue about any of this other than Orban being a minion of Putin. But Orban is apparently having an issue with Ukraine because of the heavy discount that Russia is giving Hungary for buying its oil in the midst of multiple international sanctions.

Ukraine has been stepping up drone production, and it was reported that they flew more long range sorties than Russia did for the first time in July. I can get a reference for that if it matters. They also have laser guided bombs now.
