AOC is a douche bag. So is Talib and Omar. Let's see how the vote stands at the end of the week. Anything can happen.

Looking on Twitter, barely anyone is talking about the Republican one at least and telling everyone to call their reps to sign the Dem one.
And honestly, Senate Republicans need to grow a spine and tell Fitzpatrick to stop fucking around too.

House Democrats need to unite behind the discharge petition which can get the bill to the floor for a vote even though Johnson and Trump oppose allowing that.
Not only is @SpeakerJohnson not putting Ukraine aid on the floor, he told me last week he’s working against the discharge petition efforts. https://t.co/viNEmbR7hB

One senior Ukrainian partner described: our men fought as long and as hard as they could, we ran out of ammunition and Russians just kept coming. And I think without supplemental assistance in 2024 you gonna see more Avdiivkas. 2/2

Ukraine can continue to exact costs on Russia not only with deep penetration strikes in Crimea but against Russia's Black Sea Fleet, continuing its success. 2/2

I just gained a lot more respect for France's President Macron.

This is the actual telephone call between Macron and Putin 4 days before the Invasion of Ukraine.
It's a very tense conversation and shows Putin's extreme delusions about what was happening in Ukraine. pic.twitter.com/cxkBezBiEu
The weirdest thing here is that Putin tells Macron he holds Zelensky responsible for the 2014 “bloody coup” in Ukraine. Zelensky was hosting the New Year show on Russian state television in Moscow as the Maidan protests were under way in Kyiv in 2014. https://t.co/G2c8dRsctv

As early as June...This is frustrating, from the miscommunications on how much was purchased and the timeframe of deliveries to the slow funding and now as early as June, Ukraine has to desperately hold on for another 2-3 months. Spring has already started, the ice will start thawing, Russia will soon have a good opportunity at an offensive.
Last edited by Ryuu96 - on 13 March 2024Putin, speaking just days before a March 15-17 election which is certain to give him another six years in power, said the nuclear war scenario was not "rushing" up and he saw no need for the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
Putin said the U.S. understood that if it deployed American troops on Russian territory - or to Ukraine - Russia would treat the move as an intervention.
Putin Warns The West: Russia is Ready For Nuclear War | Reuters
We're back to the nuke threats for the 500th time, Putin must be feeling rattled. This is the same dude scared to sit near people on a table, yeah, I'm sure you want a nuclear war which will result in your death. Also, an intervention? Bit weak wording Imo, if it was a European country he'd be screaming at us that it'd mean war and the end of -insert European country- Russia is clearly afraid of America.
