The US Congress introduced a resolution demanding to provide ATACMS to Ukraine. To convince Biden, the members mentioned the decision of Great Britain and France to transfer long-range missiles Storm Shadow and SCALP-EG with a range of 250-300KM. https://t.co/nXMdB9xU8Q

What's the f*cking hold up, Biden?
I mean, America has been good on a lot of things but this ATACMS situation is odd and frustrating.

Video makes things look a little better despite the losses.
I don't see any artillery, I guess they ran into a minefield, so I'm assuming they were probing and trying to find a path, the lead vehicle got disabled by a mine and thus they retreated.
The 2nd Bradley to be hit by a mine, fuck me, it disabled it but the crew came out completely unharmed. Nice covering fire from the Bradley with the camera too, clearly there was something else in the distance.
All in all, the losses are unfortunate but it looked like a professional, orderly and calm retreat, a nice use of covering fire, a nice use of smokes, looks like mostly everyone got out unharmed and will live to fight another day.
Need to do something about those minefields...But they're everywhere...

Your friend is accurate, especially if there are Russian soldiers over watching the complex obstacle belts. https://t.co/UYJI6wZCM5

Those who know and do this stuff understand his comment is spot on.
There will be UAF units caught in the breach. There will be casualties. As I said several months ago, a breach is the toughest of offensive missions.

🇺🇦 have re-entered the southwest of Bakhmut.

I mean, Lol.
I'm not sure why they would re-enter Bakhmut itself rather than encircle it but it's hilarious nonetheless.
Bakhmut is temporarily contested again. I hope they don't do a head on assault unless it's easy.

Senior MPs and peers expressed deep concern over the findings, with a government spokesperson saying Britain would "not accept collaborations which compromise our national security".
At least 11 British universities, including Cambridge and Imperial College London, are involved, with staff producing at least 16 studies with potential Iranian military applications.

War in Ukraine Explained - YouTube
Recently a Russian commander elaborated on the Russian tactics. The goal of the first line of defense is to exhaust Ukrainian attackers and, if the attack it too intense, retreat to the second line. Once Ukrainian attackers exhaust their offensive capabilities, Russians deploy their reserves, counterattack the exhausted Ukrainians and recapture all the positions. It seems like, so far, the second part of the plan did not really work.
One of the reasons why it doesn't work is that after the attack, Ukrainians use Remote Anti-Armor Mine systems or RAAM to distantly mine the roads that are used by Russian reserves. RAAM is a specialist artillery shell that scatters anti-armor mines up 17 km away from the firing unit. Today Russian sources reported that Ukrainians managed to mine all the main Russian roads between Robotyne and Verbove, which is exactly where Ukrainians are trying to advance.
Several hours ago, Russian sources reported that Ukrainians launched artillery preparation, which is why they are preparing to face yet another wave of attack at night. Russian sources complained that Ukrainians switched to night attacks because Western equipment gives them the edge on the battlefield at night. The Head of one of the Russian organizations for the inspection and supplies of weapons, Rogozin, stated that he does not share the enthusiasm around the reports of the Ukrainian defeat. He said that Ukrainians have accumulated 600 tanks in the Orikhiv direction and that we are yet to see the main phase of the counteroffensive operation.
