Amazing scenes today from liberated Kherson. I'm just back from Mylove, on the Dnipro River. The Ukrainian army is pounding the retreating Russians with Grad missiles and heavy artillery. Lots of booms, black smoke on the horizon, and a tank column trundling past sunflower fields pic.twitter.com/zApWwlQtnU

According to Valeri Solowei, member of the Moscow Institute for International Cooperation (or whatever its exact name is),
an offer for a Russian capitulation has been sent to the Kremlin (after the Cherson debacle), worked out by a group of western states. According to Solowei, the circle around Putin tends to agree and accept the offer. It would include demilitarisation of the Crimea, Russian retreat from Transnistria, no Nato for the Ukraine until at least 2029, no Den Hague for Putin and his cronies,60km wide demilitarised zones around the Ukraine.
