🤔‼️ To illustrate the "tone of the negotiations", The Economist reports that Medinsky said:

"We don't want war, but we are ready to fight for a year, two, three - as long as it takes. We fought with Sweden for 21 years. How long are you ready to fight?"

Russia delegation leader Medinsky made key statements: "We have taken note of the request for a meeting between the leaders of Russia and Ukraine. The negotiations have concluded, and we are generally satisfied..

.......Russia and Ukraine will soon carry out a prisoner exchange based on the 1000-for-1000 formula. Both sides will present their vision of a potential ceasefire in detail, and negotiations will continue afterward

Isn't it interesting that Russia refused to allow Marco Rubio in the room between delegations of Ukraine and Russia but are seemingly eager to set up a meeting between Putin and Trump? One minute they don't want USA involved, the next they want to talk directly to USA about Ukraine, but only if it's with Trump, Lol. It's almost like Russia knows how easily manipulated Trump is!

They'll be a meeting between Trump and Putin and Putin will say how amazing Trump is, all it will take is 3 compliments for Trump to come rushing out the room and run to the reporters like: "Putin loves me! He told me how amazing I am! He loves America! Ukraine bad! Why doesn't Zelenskyy want peace?! Putin told me he wants peace! I believe everything he says!"

Almost 4 months and not once has Trump gone hard on Putin.

Medinsky, during the peace talks, added:

"Russia is ready to fight forever. Perhaps someone sitting at this table will lose more of their loved ones."

I would legit pay good money to watch a livestream of the Ukrainians strangling to death these fucking vermin.

Medinsky: “We don’t want war, but we’re ready to fight one, two, three years — as long as it takes. We fought Sweden for 21 years. How long are you ready to fight?” Russia in Istanbul threatened to seize Kharkiv, Sumy, demanding exit from 4 regions, — Oliver Carroll, The Economist.

🤡 Medinsky: “And Peter the Great… you know who financed him? England and France. Sweden would still be a great power today if not for that.”

Zelensky: Spoke with Trump, Macron, Merz, Starmer and Tusk

Ukraine is ready for swift steps towards real peace, and it’s crucial the world stays firm. Our position: if Russia refuses full and unconditional ceasefire and stopping killings, strong sanctions must follow.

"What we saw yesterday and last night is further proof that Putin is not serious about peace. He has fled," says Starmer.

"It's crucial that we maintain full unity with our allies. We will continue working on this today to make it clear: there must be a ceasefire, but if not, we will act together"

"Fundamental Agreement on a New Meeting" Lmfao.

Like I understand Ukraine has to entertain this shit because Trump is a complete fucking moron so Ukraine has no choice but to go along but other countries acting like agreeing to another meeting is significant is embarrassing, it's more fucking delay tactics as per usual from Russia. You said they'd be consequences if they rejected the 13th ceasefire, they rejected it and nothing happened, you said you'd wait to see how this meeting goes, it sounds like there was zero progress made on a ceasefire and all that was achieved was the promise of a new meeting.

So what now? Finally going to grow a spine or are we going to wait for the meeting #200? Oh who am I kidding, of course you won't grow a spine.

Russia and China plan to increase their global propaganda cooperation, as the US curtails its own support for foreign media.

A statement following a meeting of the two countries’ leaders included a pledge to “jointly articulate a common stance in the global media space,” a move that comes as Washington dismantles its state-funded overseas efforts, veteran China watcher Bill Bishop noted in his Sinocism newsletter.

By contrast, Moscow has opened an academy to train journalists from Africa and Southeast Asia and expanded its outlets’ reach in Latin America, while Beijing has ramped up its state news agency’s footprint in Africa and is making a concerted effort to grow its influence on Facebook — a social network banned in China.
