Is this a pictograph of market share and profitability? I was under the impression that russian oil profits were down to a great degree. Edit: Nevermind, did a google image search and this shows how russian stocks jumped up after news of the peace plan broke |
It's the Russian stock market, yeah, it jumped thanks to Trump.
🇷🇺🇺🇸🇺🇦 Trump and Putin may aim for a ceasefire by Easter (April 20) or May 9, Russia’s Victory Day, senior Ukrainian & Western officials told FT.
“Putin will want a deal on a notable day like this,” said a Ukrainian official.

May 9th? Is this a fucking joke? Russia's Victory Day? Can you be anymore fucking blatant that you're a Russian asset?
Wtf
I don't see why Ukraine should negotiate now at all. They should wait until russia's army falls apart. They made the deal with America and they can have the missles that they won't get anywhere else. Europe can supply the rest. They should keep fighting and not stop.
"I don't think it was a priority that he talked to Russia first. Although it's really not very pleasant," – Zelensky on Trump’s call with Putin.
"Ukraine will not accept any bilateral peace talks without our participation and that of our European partners," he added.

Zelenskyy is really holding his tongue, I feel so bad for him, how much bullshit he has to put up with to save his country, a lot of other cowardly politicians (like Trump) would have fled their country and let it die. Zelenskyy tried everything to appease Trump, held his tongue, massaged his ego, offered him an extremely favourable deal, when in reality I bet he wants to knock Trump the fuck out.
I hope we day we get Zelenskyy going completely no holding back on what he truly thinks of Trump.

If America does abandon Ukraine, I wonder if Ukraine could still apply pressure, if Europe is willing to buy American equipment then is America's MIC really going to turn that down because daddy Trump said no? Maybe we have an opportunity to turn America's MIC against America itself, Lol. America's MIC won't turn down billions because Trump wants to save Putin.
But that should only be equipment for Ukraine, Europe shouldn't buy American equipment for itself anymore, it should be 100% European made equipment and then post-war we can help Ukraine swap to European standard too, I only suggest buying American equipment for Ukraine now just because they need whatever they can get, and to throw a spanner in America's plans.
Where is this famous, scary, powerful MIC that I hear so much about in America? I was always told they control America, Lol. They really going to turn down billions of dollars? Where are they pressuring Trump to continue supplying Ukraine? Was it all bollocks? Are they just as cowardly as everyone else? I mean, it's horrible to say but war is profitable for them, so is everything I've been told by both leftist and right wingers that they control America all total bullshit? Time for them to prove they have any actual muscle in America, or see if they rollover like everyone else for Emperor Trump. America's military needs to grow a spine as well and stand up for their allies against Trump's bullshit.

"Putin couldn’t be happier. They’re drinking vodka straight from the bottle in the Kremlin. A big day for Moscow," Bolton told CNN.

The new U.S. administration has already made concessions to Russia on Ukraine—even before peace negotiations have begun, — German Defense Minister Pistorius.

🇪🇺 "No deal will work without Europe, and Europe will continue to support Ukraine," says EU high representative Kaja Kallas.
"Quick decisions are dirty deals that won't stop the war. Concessions before talks are appeasement that won't work. If Ukraine resists, Europe will increase support."

🇫🇷 Peace through weakness in Ukraine could expand the conflict, warns French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu.
“Peace must come through strength. Otherwise, it could lead to dramatic security risks or even a wider war.”

French Defense Minister Lecornu cites Trump's surrender to Putin as rather than "peace through strength", it's "peace through weakness" which will lead to a widening of the conflict.

🇬🇧 UK Defense Secretary John Healey:
"There can be no negotiations about Ukraine without Ukraine. Ukraine’s voice must be central to any talks. Our task is to put them in the strongest position to secure a lasting peace through strength."

🇬🇧🇺🇦 Ukraine should "send Trump away," says a source from The Times in the British Ministry of Defense.
"Ukrainians fought for three years, losing sons & daughters, not to be excluded from talks on their future."
