This bothered me until Cruis'n Blast came out which was all the 90s arcade racer I wanted. Plus Hot Shots Racing and Horizon Chase Turbo are a nice 90s bonus. Yes this game is dead. Nicalis took the IP from the developer and he has since moved on. It's up to Nicalis and the CEO is a dick who likes to troll. Don't count on it ever coming out.
