I figured New World was going to be at the very least somewhat popular, but I definitely wasn't expecting it to reach the heights of CS:GO and Dota 2 on the first day! The number of concurrent players continues to rise each time I check. 

Does Amazon Games FINALLY have a winner on their hands????

Although, reviews are at exactly 50% mixed........I'm assuming it's just initial curiosity about the game as even Twitch is at nearly 1 million viewers for the game.

Never heard of it. So no.

Seems like Amazon finally has a hit. The 5th highest peak players for a game on steam. Maybe it'll get even higher this weekend.

No. No I won't play it.

If VGChartz didn’t have their ads take up half your screen, then it probably wouldn’t be as big of a deal. But they do. It truly is asinine. I’ve never had a legit website allow such an atrocity, and I’m considering leaving VGC bc it’s so annoying and obtrusive.

It used to be much worse but since  IOi allowed Machina and the others to contact and resolve problems with the Ad supplier problems like the unmovable ads covering buttons has pretty much stopped being a problem, ( this is on my laptop can't vouch for mobile) so its been much better overall. the only exception I find is when there's a promotional full screen background ad running where every time you click on something the ad reloads much slower than the page refresh that basically means everytime you click to say make a reply the box appears only to disappear a couple of seconds later while the add reloads itself.
