I say this not as demeaning as it sounds, but sweeping generalizations usually make everything seem more muddy than they really appear. Ghost of Tsushima is an open-world, action adventure game. MHStories2 is a JRPG/Pokemon hybrid. The two scores do not compute against/together lol
HOWEVER, if you wanted to nitpick, I can humor you for a moment:
Ghost of Tsushima: cookie cutter open-world formula; good combat gameplay
MHStories2: outdated world formula; good combat gameplay
Ghost of Tsushima: last gen graphical underpinnings, but a smooth 60 fps framerate, great respect of source Japan era
MHStories2: MT Framework (read: old) graphical underpinnings, with a terrible often-sub 10fps framerate, great use of animation and art style
VOILA! One has a near-solid 60fps, the other is lucky to hit 15fps during action. 0.5 points awarded to Ghost of Tsushima

And you say "what gets a lower score" like I want to ACTIVELY find bad games... I mean, come on, I'm not going to score a game badly "just because" people want a diversity in scores (that's dishonest reviewing right there, and I've SEEN that).
