So, Frontlines... - heres some info =D

The gameplay focuses on a central mechanic, the frontline. This is designed to keep the action in one place, by focusing objectives closer together on the battlefield. The frontline also has bonuses. By moving it back and forth across the battlefield, the player may gain or lose weapons and equipment. The frontline mechanic will be used in all gametypes, which forces players to choose which objectives they will pursue or defend, adding a strategic level to the gameplay.

The UACV Drone will play a crucial role in gathering information in real time on the battlefield. The drone will reconnoiter enemy units, which are visible through walls, and then show them on the player's HUD and map. Some drones can also be used as a kamikaze bomb, by running them into enemy infantry and self destructing them.

The Story

Frontlines: Fuel of War is set in a dystopian 2024 in the midst of a global energy crisis. As supplies of oil and natural gas wane, diplomatic relationships between the East and West were strained, causing new alliances to be formed. The two major alliances in the Frontlines era are the Western Coalition, consisting of the United States and the European Union, and the Red Star Alliance (who launched a surprise attack on the Western Coalition), made up of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. As the last oil fields start to go dry, the countries move to secure what resources are left, leading to several small outbreaks that turn quickly into full scale war.

The thing is in the next few years our oil will run out and this is what will probably happen, so quite a good plot.

- wasn't compatible with PS3

- Cornered by 3 tanks, a helicopter and 10 Russians

- getting hit by a rocket fired 1 inch away

The Campaign is amazing and is the first thing you should do. One reason is to get use of the controls. Once you have, go online. Simple!!

Great review... I like the game as well.
My only issue is the fact that the game involves USA invading Russia and China for oil and is completely guilt free about it. Its a little too close to reality...
Last level where you are fighting civilians in Moscow...WTF?!? Oil is worth that much i guess...

 The game was great to play online however I really wish they had included group support and well everything halo 3 has such as experience and ranks.
