Just need to email the serial number of your PSVR unit to Sony and they will mail you your free adaptor.

One less thing for people to complain about!

I tried today, site is not working for me. It seems Sony Canada is under construction

I tried to order on the American language version yet it doesn't accept Canadian postal codes (although you can select Canada and Canadian provinces to ship to, the postal code entry doesn't work)

Nice gesture, but maybe make sure your ordering process works before promoting it... I'm not in a hurry anyway, psvr isn't getting any benefits from ps5 apart from load times, might as well stick to the pro for now.
