Good games, good first party support. Their marketing has also been pretty much on point. Their ads really work well in the UK and they know exactly where to advertise and to who.

They would show ads during FIFA football matches, which millions of people watch. And in newspapers as well. Seems to work, and gets the word out on upcoming games. I mean it would drum up excitement for my friends who normally would not look out for gaming news.
