 I'll sum it up, TMNT increased 100 points for licensing, i personally think it may have been due to the new release recently on theatre's and the new game so they could draw in extra cash.

If this is true, will we be seeing increases if movies come out and have extra fees so we buy? take for example superman 64(crappy game)They release it on the VC when a new Superman movie comes out, what , do they increase it for that period too??
