The 360 now has 36 million sellers. Which is equal to the original xbox. Not bad at all considering this generation still has a number of years to go.
Whats most interesting is the success of games outside of the halo series. Games for the original xbox couldn't break the 3 million mark unless they had the halo name in its title. The 360 has 4 games over that mark. I think this shows the increased success microsoft is having this generation and the more varied audience the 360 now has. With several games about to hit a million sales and continued multi-platform support the 360 should beat the xbox by a considerable margin.
