I just came back from best buy and i got my controller and game for $60 plus tax. The store had lots of copies of the game, they had sold so many today alone that they had to go back to the stockrooms to find more of them to bring to the front. There were alot of copies at Future shop too over 50 atleast, along with over 30 copies of Rockband the big box one and under 10 of the smaller ones.
There were also wii's in stock, they had signs up about it, lol. The second place in about a week to have wii's, which is pretty crazy.
I was also looking for a XBL points cards and they were sold out at Bestbuy, future shop and wal-mart.
