It just started. They were playing a song saying "make sure you're connected" before the webcast started. Currently they're playing a video of Take 2's portfolio, which unfortunately I can only hear as the webcast is audio only.

I'll keep posting here if valuable information on EA's takeover attempt comes up.

Paraphrasing: The big story for this year is of course GTA4. Production is complete, and the trucks will be rolling from next week.

They're discussing EA's proposal now, summarizing the events so far and then they'll (again) discuss why they think the proposal is too low. There'll be Q&A on that afterwards.

Lame, it's over. There were only two questions, and they refused to answer both. One of them was whether they were in discussion with any other interested parties, and another related to today's FTC's notice and what it concerns.

The thread has officially failed ;) I guess we'll know how EA's tender offer fared in the next few days, as its deadline is tomorrow. 

I'm guessing EA will own T2 by Monday. =/

T2 = Fail. EA = Owner and will receive nice bump from new GTA4 sales.

Too bad but it's inevitable, EA will get T2 =/

Oh well, c'est la vie.

Considering the bid is only 2bil, i wonder why MS does not enter a bid at 2.2bil or something.
