Also, The Dude and DMeisterJ, I understand "gross", like tubgirl and that stuff. Gross out is different.

The word "hideous" has a different meaning in my mind. Hideous is something that is socially unacceptable or morally and ethically wrong.

Snuff is hideous (and illegal). Second place? Kiddie Porn. Would your morbid curiosity force you to click on that (illegal also).

Me no. Not at all. I remember the case of the two people who killed one of their spouses and then hacked up the body. They took pictures while they were hacking up the body and that's how they were caught, the one-hour photo guy called up the police after he started processing the pictures. How many people want to watch the video of Daniel Pearl getting his head hacked off? You can find the unedited version easily enough.

Then there's the videos of the guy who used to kidnap people and tie them to a chair, and torture them to death by cutting off pieces of their bodies and cauterizing the wound so they wouldn't bleed out too quickly. The most hideous pictures on the internet IMHO are taken from real snuffies. Feel free to prove me wrong.
