I lost my manual and i want to record tonights "Footy Show". My LG's has digitial, HD channels, 1 to 99 and all channels is so clear, but when connect my VCR (LG Standard) and select A/V the channel on my VCR is PR-09. I don't know how to record the pogram on my digitial channels? Can someone please help?

What sort of connections do you have? Normally on UK TVs you can set the second scart socket to send video signals out to a VCR/DVDR. I dont know abut your TV exactly but thats what I'd do.
