Already looked into it. Street Fighter III Double Impact and Third Strike scores on Gamerankings are both 79%. It's not even close to making it. I won't use the Street Fighter II score, which is 87.5% because it's based off only 2 reviews and comes from the SNES era, way before these sites had any real data for game reviews.

I have that same feeling. Street Fighter 4 will deliver the best experience since SFII without a doubt.
